Kelly is an accomplished Associate at ACI, having graduated from NAIT in 1998. She began her career at ACI in 2008 as a Contract Administrator and earned a Project Management Certificate from NAIT in 2009. Since assuming project leadership in 2016, she has transformed numerous protective services, healthcare, commercial, and education/institutional projects while cultivating vital relationships with trade and client partners. As a LEED Green Associate since 2019 and PMP Certified in 2023, Kelly excels in collaborative Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) environments, leveraging her extensive contract administration experience. Her commitment to building honest and fair relationships with consultants, contractors, owners, and operators reflects her passion for creative problem-solving and mentorship. One of her most significant contributions is the management of the construction contract (CA) of a secure exterior patio at the Edmonton General Hospital, providing critical outdoor access for a high-security unit, thereby enhancing patient healing and quality of life.
