The CVS Controls project involved the expansion and renovation of an existing industrial facility, alongside the construction of a new pre-engineered warehouse assembly. Located in Nisku, Alberta, this significant development was designed and built to meet the growing operational needs of CVS Controls.

The project design phase began in December 2022, with construction commencing in September 2023. Completed in October 2024, the scope of work included the renovation of an existing 2,672 m² warehouse and the expansion of an additional 5,769 m², resulting in a total of approximately 8,441 m² of warehouse space. Additionally, a new 1,648 m², two-storey administrative building was constructed, featuring a precast envelope design to meet the rigorous requirements of industrial occupancy.
