ACI Architecture, along with our consultant team, was retained by Jen-Col Construction to serve as the Architect and Engineers of Record for this Design-Build K-12 school, designed to accommodate 400 students. The permanent core building spans 3,597 m² and includes six attached modular units.

The design features a central gathering area at the heart of the school, with the dual-purpose music room and stage opening into this space and the adjacent gymnasium. The servery and CTS spaces are positioned next to each other, providing a direct connection to the central gathering area.

In addition to the shared spaces, the school is organized into zones tailored to grade levels. Higher grades have easy access to advanced CTS classrooms, while kindergarten and lower grades are provided with their own dedicated spaces and facilities.
