Karel is a Contract Administrator who plays a key role during the construction phase, supporting projects through careful coordination, clear communication, and informed decision making. He works closely with consultants, contractors, and clients to manage changes, requests for information, and deficiency reviews, helping maintain alignment with contractual intent while supporting productive working relationships on site.

Karel appreciates the variety of work at ACI and values contributing to projects that serve the broader community. Whether working on healthcare, institutional, or educational facilities, he takes pride in being part of efforts that have a positive impact on people throughout the province. He brings a calm, open‑minded approach to each project and values mutual respect as the foundation for successful collaboration.

Professionally, Karel is motivated by the opportunity to help deliver buildings and spaces that people genuinely need. He values practical solutions and thoughtful coordination, especially when navigating the complexities of construction.

Outside of work, Karel’s favourite role is being a father to two young boys. He loves spending time with his family and gladly serves as their go‑to jungle gym whenever possible. A fun fact about Karel is that he is bilingual in French and English. His personal philosophy is simple and grounded: “C’est la vie.”
