In his role as an Architectural Technologist, Gleb contributes a steady, detail‑focused perspective that supports both the design vision and the teamwork behind it. He focuses on understanding the full scope and intent of a project early, then breaking it into clear steps that support accuracy, coordination, and thoughtful execution. He enjoys the intellectual challenge of turning complex ideas and constraints into workable, well‑considered solutions.
Collaboration is an important part of his work. Gleb appreciates being part of a team that values design quality and openly shares knowledge, creating an environment where problem solving becomes both rewarding and dynamic. He is especially motivated by opportunities to refine details and find the balance between design intent, constructability, and the practical realities of a project.
Outside of work, Gleb spends much of his time outdoors. He runs long distances — like really long — completing several marathons each year and genuinely enjoying the miles most people tend to avoid. Beyond running, he enjoys snowboarding and exploring new places, and he also holds a scuba diving licence.
His personal philosophy?
“Don’t make stories, make history.”
